About Me

I’m an abstract painter originally from Northeast New Jersey, now based in Lititz, Pennsylvania. I create expressive abstract paintings, bold florals, and mixed media portraits that are layered with movement, texture, and emotion.

My love of art started early. As a child, I would sit and watch my mother draw figures - completely focused, completely in her own world. Something about that quiet intensity pulled me in. I began drawing alongside her, and that early fascination never left. Art wasn’t a hobby. It became part of my foundation.

Color drives my work. I’m drawn to pink, violet, black, and gold - shades that feel powerful, dramatic, and unapologetic. I also love working in vibrant tropical colors such as saturated corals, electric blues, lush greens - tones that bring energy and warmth to a piece. Bold patterns and strong contrast show up again and again in my paintings. I build my work in layers, allowing depth and movement to develop naturally.

I embrace mistakes and “happy accidents” in the studio. Some of the strongest moments in my paintings come from the unexpected - a brushstroke that lands differently than planned, a color that shifts the mood, a layer that changes everything. I don’t fight those moments. I lean into them. That willingness to let go is what gives my work its rawness and authenticity.

My mixed media portraits are created from imagination. Each face carries its own mood and presence. My florals are expressive rather than delicate - strong, full of movement, and alive with color. Whether I’m painting a portrait, a bloom, or a layered abstract composition, the goal is the same: energy, depth, and honesty.

I’ve always been inspired by artists like Franz Kline, Cy Twombly, and Joan Mitchell - painters who embraced gesture, scale, and emotion without hesitation. That fearless approach continues to influence how I move paint across a surface.

In addition to my hand-painted originals, I also create digital artwork. Digital allows me to explore composition and color in a different way while maintaining the same bold aesthetic and layered energy found in my physical pieces. Select works are available as high-quality giclée prints, professionally produced to capture the richness and depth of the original artwork.

All of my artwork, whether original or printed, is created with care and intention. My original paintings are 100% hand-painted and one of a kind. I work on canvas, wood, and paper, sealing each piece with the appropriate varnish or fixative for protection. Every order is carefully prepared and packaged with attention to detail.
